Quarter Auction:
 
Donation & Volunteer Request:
In order for this event to be successful, we are soliciting your help with gathering auction items. Do you have a business or frequent a business that would consider offering us goods or services?  The donation is tax deductible!! Please email us at OCRA203@gmail.com if you can help!!
 
We have asked that each choir help us to create silent auction baskets:
 
Freshman choir: Requesting donations of outdoor play items- (sprinkler, slip & slide, balls, frisbee, sidewalk chalk, jump ropes, bubbles, etc.)
Women's choir:  Requesting donations of movie/ game night- (pencil and notepad for scoring, playing cards, uno cards, movie gift card, family movies, popcorn, popcorn bowls, & and popcorn toppings, etc.)
Concert Choir: Requesting donation of anything chocolate- (candies, chocolate covered nuts, cookies, etc.)
Chamber Choir: Requesting donation of items for an Italian basket- (red sauce, alfredo sauce, pasta noodles, strainer,  pasta spoon, Parmesan cheese, olive oil , gift certificate to an Italian restaurant, cookbook, etc.)
 
We would request that donations be brought to school by Tuesday, 4/7. You can also email us at OCRA203@gmail.com to make other arrangements.
 
Volunteers Needed:
We will also need a few volunteers to help make the event run smoothly. Please use the following link to sign up for a shift- both student and adult volunteers requested. 
 
 
 
OCRA Board Openings:
The following board positions will open at the end of the 2014/2015 school year:
  • Board President
  • Board Vice President
  • Secretary
  • Student Fundraising
We can provide additional information about any of these roles to anyone who would consider taking on a two year term. Note: One year terms would be considered for parents who's students will be seniors in the 2015/2016 school year. This amazing choir program is deserving of a robust and active booster club- please consider taking on one of these roles. If you are not ready to commit to a board position, please consider coming to general membership meetings to find out how you can support this wonderful program. If we divide and conquer, the ask will be very small when you consider the benefit gained!! The next general membership meeting is tonight- Tuesday, 3/17 at 7PM!!

Reminders

All fees owed to the choir department must be paid in full by May 8th. Any outstanding fees will be turned in to book keeping.
